There is a frequency settings option in the WP-o-Matic plugin. Set it to a more frequent rate to fetch the feed if you like. Keep in mind, however, that either AudioBoo or your site’s server may limit this frequency to a longer period beyond your control.

Hello, I’ve done everthing listed, however my audio boo is not appearing as a new post, only when I go into wp=o-matic and do a manual fetch, is there a step i missed?
